Why was my trash not picked up today?

Possible answers:
1) The most frequent reason is that the trash was not at the curb when our driver was there. We start our day at 6:00 a.m. If you missed being picked up for this reason you can do one of two things:

a) You could hold it until next week.
b) You could bring it to our location and place it into a container that is provided for this purpose. We cannot accept any trash at our location after 6:00 PM.

2) The next most frequent reason is that the account is past due. Please understand, that the cost of disposal is - by far - our largest overhead expense. We must keep our account paid at the transfer station monthly. We simply cannot afford to absorb the cost of disposing of your waste more than 30 days.
