Regular Residential Household Service
Our established rate for a one-family household is $19.50 per month payable at time of startup. That is $58.50 for the first quarter. (3 months)
After you are established as a regular customer you will receive a bill quarterly in the amount of $58.50.
NOTE: We have no hidden
charges such as: "Start-up Fee," "Administration Fee," or "Fuel
Surcharge."
The bills are mailed at the end of each calendar quarter: March -June-September-December.

· We have a limit of 5-6 bags per week for this rate.
· Most customers use plastic 30-gallon bags.
· Please do not put out small loose items - keep small items bagged.
· Trash must be at curb by 6:30am.
· We cannot return for trash that is not put out on time.
The city of Springfield has designated certain trash days for 5 sections of the city. You will be advised of this at time of start-up.
Other residential customers in Clark, Champaign, and Greene counties will be advised of their pickup day at time of startup
If you have an item for pickup that is not regular household trash, call our office and we may be able to take the item for an extra charge.
We do not offer "roll-off" containers but we can give you some recommendations for that service.

Please note: We do not accept any form of hazardous waste including but not exclusive to: paint, oil, oil products, ink, pesticides, herbicides, chemicals, acids, and alkaline products.
